V/A - Freshly Composted Vol 3. (Compost)

Michael Reinboth’s all conquering Munich based Compost Records imprint celebrates reaching number 300 (yes three hundred), with a selection of fresh cuts and recent label highlights. Today, as well known for their more techy electronic dalliances as the jazzy work that saw them first recognised in the 90s, this compilation features a broad selection of treats. Cuts of note include Crazy P‘s touching rejig of Eddy Meets Yannah’s Solid Ground, I:Cube’s delightful take on Karma’s Beach Towel and Ripperton’s version of Beanfield and Bajka’s unstoppable Tides. After unleashing over 2000 tracks on the world in 14 years, Compost show no sign of slowing down or giving up on their musical quest!
